Rayna Havelock

LMHC, LPC, NCC

Remote & In Person, Call: 203-650-1747

Rayna is an expert in trauma counseling with many years of experience. Her passion lies in supporting people heal from a spectrum of traumas; from childhood trauma and abuse to PTSD; and anything in between.

Rayna’s background is in relationship/partner abuses, trauma, sexual violence counseling, betrayal trauma, anxiety and depression along with a variety of other mental health issues. She has helped many people improve their partner relationships, building skills to improve self-esteem, learning boundaries, and teaching approaches to help cope with current or past issues. Sometimes we need horses for this. Rayna has trained under “Natural Lifemanship” and is an Equine therapist. Horses are incredible beings and are able to help us heal as we learn to build a relationship of mutual love and respect.

Rayna is certified and consultant in training with EMDRIA and uses parts work (IFS) informed with EMDR. Rayna is currently licensed as an LMHC in New York state and licensed as an LPC in Connecticut.

Rayna loves to travel with her family and spend time at the barn with humans and horses.
